In a typical Sophrology one-to-one session, guided by the Sophrologist’s voice, you learn how to relax and reach a state of deep relaxation and, in that state, chosen techniques enable you to address your specific needs.


A typical session :

  • a dialogue with the Sophrologist to assess your specific needs/give feed-back on inter-session developments,
  • mental and physical exercises, guided by the Sophrologist’s voice,
  • sharing how you have felt during the session

During a relaxation therapy session, we will be using techniques such as concentration, deep breathing, relaxation, visualisation and simple movements, depending on your specific needs.

The first relaxation therapy session lasts about one hour and subsequent ones about 45 minutes.

One to one relaxation therapy sessions can help you deal with:
