The Foundation course
It is a 300 hour course over 18 months:
- 32 days of both theoretical and practical face to face training course in Ashford, Kent (2 days of face to face teaching per month)
- 24h practice sessions in London and/or Kent
- 12h internship
- 9 h mentorship/supervision programme
Students qualifying get a Sophrology Practitioner Diploma, accredited by the ICNM and the CMA + by the French Association for Professional Sophrologists and the French Sophrology Society.
ASSESSMENT
Continuous assessment: supervised group work and peer work, role play, case studies, leading individual and or group sessions...
End of course assessment: written test, internship written report, report presentation (in front of jury), leading a group session (in front of jury and/or teachers).
DATES
The next foundation course will start on 25th February 2012. Classes are mostly on Saturday/Sunday. Ask for our programme, we still have a few places left!
The following course will start in September 2012.

If you have never experienced Sophrology and would like a taster before you commit to one of our courses, please join us in one of the following:

Sophrology introductory workshops - £15 (free if you sign for a course on the day)
June 26th 2012 – 12 to 2 pm - London Islington
